Business Developer Officer

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new clients and opportunities for the company
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets
Monitor industry trends and market conditions
To assist with telemarketing, podcast, channel coordinator
To manage and assist superior's administrative task
To assist with secretarial duties (calendar management, market research, basic accounting, translation, appointment setting, record meeting minutes, filing)
Monitor and supervise the Virtual Assistants, IT/Tech Support and Video Editors

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
With 3 years of Sales experience in Real Estate/Other related field
