Job Description

Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-
store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
 Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing
objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
 Developing of viable marketing plans and programs for offering competitive pricing,
conceptualizing, implementing tailor-fitted promotional efforts for all brands
 Finds the promotional regions’ strong and weak points and suggests improvements to
performance
 Analyzes market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affect
company objectives
 Ensures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials and
needs
 Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are
respected
 Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of our
audiences and effectiveness of our campaigns
 Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies,

Work location : San Pedro, Laguna
Work Schedule : Monday to Thursday - 8am-6pm, Friday - 8am-5pm (Compressed week)
