URGENT - SALES MANAGER –
LOCATION: TAGUIG CITY
JOB TYPE: FULLTIME, ONSITE, URGENT AND FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW ONCE SHORTLISTED
WORKING SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8-5PM
INDUSTRY: CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ( IMPORTED GLASS, STONES, PAINTS AND RENOVATIONS)
SALARY: DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, WITH COMMISSION, PREFER MANILA APPLICANTS

Full Job Description
Sales managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to travel.
✓ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
✓ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense control.
✓ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
✓ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
✓ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
✓ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills by setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring.
✓ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
✓ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
✓ Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationship.
✓ Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements.
✓ Locates and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
✓ Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financial.
Needed Skills
✓ Excellent Management, Leadership and Team player Skills.
✓ No issue with domestic and regional travelling.
✓ Good communications skills
✓ Preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering and Architecture. With experience in selling engineering products
✓ With at least 5 years’ experience of selling engineering products is required
✓ With good technical understanding of engineering techiques
✓ Experience in Sales/Marketing in the construction materials industry a big advantage.
✓Required 3 references once hired and 3 COE
