Job Description

Your Role:

The Associate Programmatic Manager is responsible for leading a team of campaign specialists to deliver on campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your responsibilities will include maintaining and monitoring pacing sheets and performance trackers, ensuring monthly achievement of campaign KPIs, providing constructive feedback and motivation to team members, handling client queries, managing escalations when necessary, and preparing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) as needed. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of campaigns and maintaining client satisfaction.

What you will do:

● Maintain and monitor pacing sheets and performance trackers, ensuring monthly achievement of campaign KPIs.

● Provide feedback to campaign specialists on performance and motivate them to perform.

● Handle client queries and provide necessary information.

● Handle escalations when required

● Prepare RCAs when required.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree

● Minimum of 5 years experience in Programmatic Advertising

● Minimum of 2 years experience in People Management

● Proficiency in programmatic platforms such as Simplifi and The Trade Desk

● Experience in KPI Management and Campaign Performance Management

● Strong Communication Skills
