Marketing Specialist - Tibagan San Juan City

• Designated Marketing personnel for the Team focusing on Software
• Assigned in coordinating with the Corporate Group in their quarterly campaigns
• Conceptualizing and executing online and physical events for the assigned products. Includes event hosting.
• Developing marketing strategies and plans to entice End-users/clients from different industries to participate in our events
• Compilation and preparation of Budget Request Forms and Liquidation.
• Managing and nurturing all the generated leads
• In charge of event invites and sales promotions
• Helps in creating post-event and marketing reports every quarter
• Handling company giveaways/supplies for Group (consolidation of requests, distribution, and inventory)
• Creating and presenting reports.
• Other Marketing Task
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
• Excellent marketing and administrative software skills.
• Excellent people skills.
• Create advertising material by collaborating with the Digital and Marketing Design and Content teams.
• Facilitate in the organization and implementation of promotional events.
• Maintain an organized and readable record of past marketing metrics and advertising campaigns.
• Observe the marketing activities of competitors.
• Social media advertising / e-commerce experience preferred
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Excellent communication skills both orally and written
• Maintains control over all current projects/responsibilities. Follows up on all relevant issues.
