Area Manager

The primary job function of an Area Manager is to manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of the stores by directing all operational aspects of each store deriving sales whilst minimizing cost. It is an integral part of the Area Manager’s main responsibility as well to consolidate all sales reports of all branches and ensure the accuracy of data as well.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set objectives and sales targets for each store.
Evaluate staff performance.
Lead a team of Store Managers.
Work towards maximizing sales and profitability.
Deal with problems within the assigned area.
Review and ensure the accuracy of reports for all branches.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing all services offered.
Responsible for maintaining the stock of goods and equipment required in the restaurant.
Responsible for managing team members to sort out issues/problems.
Responsible for implementing different business improvement policies and strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Any Business related course
Must have experience at least 3 years as an Area Manager (preferably from the food industry)
Highly motivated and with a good attitude
