Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating leads and reaching out to prospects
• Communicating and gathering information on a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines as well as understanding the core challenge that the client is facing
• Creating project proposals and costings for presentation and submission to client
• Negotiating and closing engagements with clients
• Setting expectations, milestones, and timelines for project deliverables
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or obstacles
• Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinating teams to meet project milestones
• Creating or consolidating presentation decks
• Assisting in research – gathering and consolidating data from desk research or third party agencies to be ready for analysis
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Preparing regular project updates and reports
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Reporting and escalating to management as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Project Management, or related field (or currently pursuing).
• Experience in Sales and Relationship Management for B2B clients
• Four or more years of project management experience
