Role: Responsible for Property Management Projects
Business Planning and Organizational Structure Development

Job Description:
Establishing the organizational structure necessary for project management, defining the functions of each position
Developing staffing plans for each project
Creating annual activity plans and performance plans
Establishing processes and management standards for real estate management
Operational Management

■Finance
Responsible for achieving performance plan targets.
Proposing strategies for increasing revenue for each project
Monitoring expenses for each department/project and proposing cost structure revisions.
Participating in the service provider selection process
■Sales Activities
Sales activities aimed at acquiring new projects.
Assessing the feasibility of new projects
■Organizational and Personnel Management
Setting goals for project managers
Monitoring progress towards goals for each manager, providing advice for problem-solving.
Personnel evaluation and guidance for each manager
Planning and implementing training programs to improve staff skills.
Miscellaneous

As needed, concurrently serving as Property Manager for projects
Other tasks as assigned by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

・having experience in iperational management activities in real estate industry in the Philippines, and have a deep understanding of its market.
・has practical experience as an operatin manager in a real estate industry
