Job Description

Administrative Assistant
- Reports directly to the CEO

Responsibilities
- Manages executive’s schedule and calendar of appointments
- Prepares correspondence, reports and high-level presentation materials
- Organizes, arranges and collaborates with organization members for corporate events and other undertakings

Qualifications
- Experience in organizing and arranging meetings, events and the like
- Very good communication skills and proficient in use of MS Office especially Excel
- Must be amenable to work onsite
