Job Title: Leads Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Leads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating and nurturing leads to drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, implementing lead nurturing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize lead conversion.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture new leads through various channels, including online and offline marketing tactics.
• Conduct market research to identify target audience segments and create customer profiles for effective lead targeting.
• Create and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and other lead generation assets to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content offers, such as whitepapers, e-books, webinars, and case studies, to attract and engage potential leads.
• Implement lead nurturing campaigns through email marketing, content marketing, and other channels to build relationships with leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective communication throughout the lead lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze lead generation and nurturing performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms, to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and marketing automation to continuously enhance lead generation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align lead generation efforts with business objectives and campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, performance, and campaign results to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Leads Specialist, Demand Generation Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage and track leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
