Job Description

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Cebu-based
Job Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or any related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience including the handling of corporate communications, original writing, editing, and public relations.
- At least 5 years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity.
- Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
- Excellent in data analyzation and strategic action planning using the data results.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) management like HubSpot.
- Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Primarily, as the Marketing Communication OIC, the functions and tasks are:

1. Marketing and Branding:
- Build and execute marketing brand communication strategies to grow the influence of the company and its consultants on the targeted market segments and build a community or “tribe” for the company.
- Explore and analyze market trends and marketing campaigns to increase the efficiency of the campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- Assist in the responsibility of strengthening brand equity, identity, positioning, and image of the company through the establishment and implementation of related programs and activities that will promote the company to its target market segment using the social network and other media.
- Assist in the supervision of the Creative Team/Marketing & Sales daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines, budget, determine and track KPIs on a regular basis.
- Facilitate the development of marketing and sales products or collaterals, which may include, but not limited to, client AVP testimonials, press releases and social media feeds.
- Manage and facilitate communications for external communication through email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Maintain the contact and data management of HubSpot CRM.
- Build strong relationships with the customers to understand their evolving needs to maintain good revenue growth and customer lifetime value.
- Support and assist Client Acquisition & Retention, Integrated Marketing & Communications, Research & Data Management pursuits and activities of the organization.
- Support and assist in the continuous update of the company website;

2. Partnerships and Relationships:
- Create and lead in the successful implementation of strategies, tactical projects, and action plans for business growth of the company while ensuring project completion within scheduled time and budget including but not limited to public events, seminars, partnerships, speaking engagements, community development projects, and business development programs, with chambers of commerce and industry, professional, and socio-civic organizations, and government institutions in different cities and regions in order to reach-out to families in business.
- Develop a pool of professionals for their affiliation to the company’s marketing, sales, and advocacy efforts.
Work and help the team of consultants to promote the advocacy strengthening families in business in society.
- Assist and support the Asian Family Enterprise Excellence Conference (AFEEC) especially in the event management and the generation and the development of sponsors’ pool.
- Maintain and update the database of partners and consultants in HubSpot.

3. Others:
- Serve and create value with clients as a Senior Consultant when the need arises using your expertise of origin and key strengths & skills.
- When required, assist, and collaborate with a team of consultants in implementing varied services for family business, especially, but not limited to the FEP and OSE.
- And other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time to support the CPRO.
