Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years or more related experience
• Proven experience in sales operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, systems, and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement sales operations strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee sales processes, systems, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor the sales operations team, providing guidance and support.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align processes and workflows.
• Manage CRM software and other sales tools to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement sales training programs and resources.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales operations.
SALARY:
• P90,00 - P160,000
