Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years related experience
• Proven success in sales leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance.
• Establish sales objectives and quotas, monitoring progress.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to capitalize on opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts.
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
SALARY:
• P90,00 - P160,000
