Job Description
ADDITIONAL PREMIUM: ANNUAL BONUS

Minimum Qualification Standards:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, management, or any business – related course
* At least 15 years of relevant work experience, min. of 8 year managerial experience. Must have experience in Product Development,
Marketing, Sales and/or Project Management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

1. Develops and implements a unified approach to customer service, distribution, and market demands by defining marketing and pricing
strategies, identifying market trends, and guiding research efforts.
2. Oversees marketing plan implementation, marketing functions and operations, and build a high-performing marketing team while cultivating strategic partnerships.
3. Develops corporate communications, public relations, and crisis management plans making sure that all marketing campaigns work to
build brand loyalty and guarantee a positive experience for users.
4. Ensures all marketing campaigns are executed on-time and within budget.
Business Development:
1. Develops and analyzes performance metrics and making data driven decisions, to enhance efficiency of existing business models.
2. Leads the creation of product roadmap of new offerings and defining user experiences by conducting research, analyzing the market and engaging with key stakeholders.
3. Leads marketing research, testing prototypes, writing specifications, and preparing business case presentations for stakeholders before approving funds for production.
4. Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of key operational processes for new businesses established.
