Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Loan Processor with a specialized focus on Australian clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients within the Australian financial landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Loan Application Management:
- Handle end-to-end processing of loan applications, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Client Liaison:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Australian clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the loan application process.
Documentation Review:
- Thoroughly review and analyze client documentation, ensuring all necessary information is gathered to facilitate the loan approval process.
Compliance Adherence:
- Stay informed about Australian lending regulations, ensuring all loan applications comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Collaboration with Lenders:
- Work closely with lending institutions, maintaining strong relationships to facilitate prompt and efficient processing of loan applications.
Communication and Updates:
- Communicate proactively with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their loan applications and any additional requirements.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve issues that may arise during the loan processing stage, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Loan Processor with a focus on Australian clients.
- In-depth understanding of the Australian lending landscape, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- The Australian experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple loan applications simultaneously.
- Familiarity with credit assessment and risk evaluation processes.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Offer: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
