Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
Extensive experience in the Capital Markets sector, addressing regulatory challenges, and leading successful transformation projects.
Strong understanding of organizational change management, encompassing process and technology transitions.
Proven track record in migrating from legacy systems to target solutions.
Expertise in assessing and optimizing business processes, incorporating industry best practices.
Knowledgeable in data governance principles, leveraging data for operational optimization.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to contribute to proposal development and client engagement.
