Job Description
Position: Financial audit team leader
Work content:
1. Lead and manage the administrative financial audit team, including setting goals, providing guidance and assistance, and conducting performance evaluations.
2. Supervise the organization's administrative and financial reserve management, including budgets and various financial reports/accounts.
3. Ensure that there is no corruption in the expenses within the administrative department and that they comply with all relevant system standards, that is, review/check all administrative expense orders
4. Handling special expenses and abnormal expenses, and responding to special situations
5. Respond to audits, provide necessary financial information and documents, and communicate and explain audits when necessary
Eligibility requirements:
Mandarin Speaker Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English ( Can Read and Write)
Have financial/inspection/auditing related experience
Familiar with financial and auditing principles
Excellent leadership and communication skills (Chinese and English)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel and other Microsoft suites
