Finance Manager

Acting as one of local finance main contacts covering over all financial activities, mainly include but not limited to:

Accounting and Reporting: Take main charge of local accounting activities including but not limited to:

Accounting day -to -day
Maintenance of Accounting books
Monthly closing as well as preparation of regular financial reports.
Implement the BS/PL/CL review periodically and supplement with the ad-hoc analysis report per request
Tax Filing: Take charge of regular tax filing by cooperating with external agency.

Audit Tasks: Take lead of annual statutory auditing, as well as coordinate with internal auding per demand.

Internal Process & Control: Adapting of local accounting policy and process, be able to facilitate the internal process streamline and bottom-up view on the enhancement of internal control.

Treasury Task: Prepare and monitor the RFP rolling tracker, as well as payment management; regular cash position/report preparation and cash flow management; local bank liaison.

Perform other Finance duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications;

Major in Financial, Accounting, Economic Degree or similar qualifications or above. CPA is advantage.
At least 6 years similar working experience.
Strong sense of responsibilities, dedications, and certain level of anti-pressure abilities.
Must be familiar with local practice by hands-on experience.
Good communication skills and team cooperation spirit.
Always can do attitude and strong execution capability.
Demonstrates great attention to detail, can work under pressure.
Open to Multi Tasking.
The experience of Finance team leader.
Rich experience in Audit.
Background of Big 4 or local large/middle size accounting firm.
Minimum 3 years or above with firm experience as well as managerial level of position in the past.
