Staffing Agency Head Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for Staffing Agency Recruiter Head located in Muntinlupa City. As a Staffing Agency Recruiter Head, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, creating staffing plans, and managing all hiring processes. You will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, attract and source top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

Requirement :

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Staffing Manager, or similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team and build relationships with clients and candidates
* Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and deep understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Demonstrated ability to meet hiring goals and metrics
* Previous experience in a staffing agency or recruitment agency environment is preferred
