Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sourcing of applicants
Conduct screenings and interviews
Preparation for onboarding of employees
Assist with other HR-related tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course
Has at least 4 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment
Has a background in Recruitment (with experience in recruiting Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and IT positions)
Former Headhunter is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Creative in sourcing applicants using different recruitment channels
With patience and the ability to fill in manpower requests within the given timeframe
Current Work Arrangement: Hybrid Work Setup (Office and Work From Home)
Can start ASAP
