Job Description
Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related field
Familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and other HR-related tools.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Result-oriented with a focus on meeting recruitment goals
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and channels
Work location: Immaculate Concepcion Quezon City
48 hours compressed work week; 2 rest days
