Job Description

• Conduct routine inspection of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance task, including replacing bulbs, repairing wiring, and fixing minor electrical issues.
• Repair or replace sinks, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
Job Qualifications
• At least HS Graduated or College Level
• With Technical Certificate/ TESDA Certification or same level
• Proven experience as a maintenance staff or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical system and basic electronics repair.
Salary & Schedule
• Daily Rate : 750
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00am - 5:00 pm
• With benefits and insurance.
