Carwash Crew/Auto Detailer

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Performs quick services such as, but not limited to, carwash, wash and wax etc. (Nagsasagawa ng mga quick service tulad ng carwash, wash and wax atbp.)
• After receiving proper training and assessment, performs more technical auto detailing services like exterior and interior detail (Matapos matrain at ma-assess na pwede na humawak, gagawa ng auto detailing services tulad ng exterior and interior detail)
• Greets, welcomes, guides and thanks customers (Bumabati, nakikipag-usap, naggagabay at nagpapasalamat sa lahat ng customer)
• Promotes and upsells services that match customer needs or concerns, to help achieve targets (Nagsa-suggest o nag-aalok ng mga serbisyong tutugon sa mga pangangailangan ng customer, para makatulong sa pagkamit ng target)
• Helps out with the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the shop facility (Tumutulong sa paglilinis, pagmimintina at pagsasa-ayos ng shop)
• May be assigned to special projects like carshows and auto displays (Maaring ma-assign sa mga special project tulad ng carshow at auto display)
• Performs tasks assigned by supervisors or management if needed to help clients, improve operations or maintain safety (Nagsasagawa ng mga gawaing in-assign ng mga supervisor o management sakaling kailanganin para makatulong sa kliyente, mapabauti ang operations o mapanitili ang kaligtasan ng lahat)
• Assists in tasks related to operations like inventory at basic equipment maintenance/repair (Tumutulong sa mga gawaing may kinalaman sa operations tulad ng inventory at basic na pagkumpuni ng mga equipment o kagamitan)

QUALIFICATIONS
• Male, around 22 – 28 years old (ok lang kahit labas ang edad ng kaunti mula dito)
• High School Graduate
• Pleasant and comfortable with talking to people (Maaliwalas na personalidad at komportable sa pakikipag-usap sa tao)
• Smiles naturally when in front of people (Natural na palangiti sa kaharap na tao)
• Humble and Willing to learn (Mapagpakumbaba at gustong matuto)
• Highly trainable (Madaling turuan & magaling umintindi sa training)
• Trustworthy & Dependable (Mapagkakatiwalaan & Maaasahan)
• In good health (Maayos ang kalusugan)
• Preferably WITH EXPERIENCE in carwash and auto detailing (Maganda kung may experience)
• Those WITHOUT experience can STILL APPLY (Maari parin mag-apply ang walang experience. Titignan nalang sa interview at background kung pupwede sa trabaho.)

COMPENSATION PLAN
• Percentage of service price (22.5% porsyento para sa squad or 7.5% individual kada jsang miyembro ng squad, ibig sabihin pwedeng kumita ang isang staff kahit galing sa gawa ng ka-squad nila)
• After receiving necessary training and after being assessed as fit to handle detailing work (Kapag natrain na sa detailing at naassess na pwede na humawak ng mga detailing na trabaho): dagdag 21% of detail service price
• After receiving further training in BrightCoat, the most stringent service, and after being assessed as capable to handle such work (Kapag natrain na sa BrightCoat, yung pinakamaselan na service, at nassess na pwede na humawak nun): dagdag 10% pa of BrightCoat service price
• With monthly incentive if team hits target (May monthly incentive rin kapag nakatarget ang buong team)
• With team rice allowance (Merong team bigas allowance)
• With team ulam allowance (Merong team ulam allowance)
• With additional service tip from customers (Merong dagdag service tip mula sa customers)
• Stay-in available (Pwedeng mag-stay-in)
