Job Description
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x-3x a week)
Work Schedule: Regular Day Shift
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Product Management of SME/Digital Banking Products focusing on creating roadmaps, conceptualizing features, implementing product strategies, Identifying areas for growth, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design technology solutions to expand the Bank's SME products.
Responsible for the architecture and documentation of technical solutions based on project requirements and the industry's best practices.
Manage the product backlog and prioritization of features.
Assist the team in reaching the company's goals for SME Products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
With 3 years of Product Management experience focusing on Digital Banking or Financial Services Products/Industry.
Strong in customer journey and user experience.
Critical mindset to clearly understand problems and figure out solutions.
Ability to communicate well with other people.
Strong Project management skills
