Clinical Supply Chain - Makati City

Reporting to the GCS Manila Operations (GMO) Team Lead with a dotted line reporting to the Strategic Operations Management (SOM) Leads.
Strategic Operations Support Associate (SOSA) provides support for Global Clinical Supply (GCS) operations on projects relating to procedure lifecycle management, process modeling, training design and development, and other project management activities for SOM and GMO.
This role is required to provide support in other global time zones.

Job Qualifications

BS with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or any health-related industry
Excellent analytical and organizational skills are required.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
At least 1 year experience in process design, modeling methods, and documenting of pharmaceutical business processes with demonstrated ability to design effective processes.
Experience in safety, regulatory, medical, and/or clinical supply process training development, delivery, and/or implementation.
Demonstrated experience in project management and implementation techniques.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of drug development processes, database structures, relational database management software, and analysis tools.
