Training and Marketing Professionals, Inc. (TMPI) is looking for a STRATEGIC OPERATIONS SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (WFH Set-up)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, scientific, technical, or any related field. (Special training in process modeling, design, analysis and improvement methodologies is preferred.)
- At least 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry or any health-related industry
- At least 1 year experience in process design, modeling methods, and documenting of pharmaceutical business processes with demonstrated ability to design effective processes.
- Experience in safety, regulatory, medical, and/or clinical supply process training development, delivery, and/or implementation.
- Proven ability to effectively develop, communicate, and execute project plans with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders in different levels of technical and business roles.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills are required.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Support procedure lifecycle management involving triage and progress support requests, support queries and procedure projects/initiatives, perform procedure reconstruction (as needed), align peer reviews, and ensure procedures meet current standards and requirements.
- Work in collaboration with business lines and subject matter experts (SMEs) in the development, revision, process mapping, implementation, and maintenance of procedural documents (policies, standard operating procedures, and supporting documents), process mapping (both new or existing ones), and training content development related to global clinical supply.
- Write procedures with content solicited from SMEs, ensuring technical and business writing standards are followed.
- Support design, delivery of activities on assigned projects within the process portal enhancements, training design and development, and any other strategic projects assigned by the GMO Team Lead and SOM Lead.
- Contribute to the management of resolutions to any queries and deviations from the organization related to assigned procedures, and support revisions/reformatting/modeling.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
