Reports Analyst - Work from Home

Key Job Responsibilities

 Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports to appropriate channels and recipients.
 Integrates data generated locally and from other clients to create reports based on the
needs of the business.
 Collects, assembles, and analyzes data for operating trends & issues using Excel spreadsheets and Access/SQL databases.
 Provides immediate feedback or updates to the management team as to the center's performance.
 Audits reports and uses available resources to confirm accuracy.
 Identifies and resolves reporting issues proactively but immediately informs the direct
supervisor for any hot issues.
 Coordinates with WFM regarding data sources and other related reports.
 Completes other duties and projects as required.

Minimum Education:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum Experience:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Excellent writing, communication, presentation, problem solving, computer (Microsoft Office
suite), strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
 Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (SQL, WORD, VISIO, POWERPOINT, EXCEL, ACCESS).

Intermediate to expert excel skills (pivot tables, grafts, charts), client services calls / client facing (good communication skills who can explain the data), high visibility data,

It's WAH setup if there are any connection issues they have to go onsite if needed and they have to have ability to work onsite) 2-3 days they need go onsite the rest WAH once they are hard, willingness to share their skillset's ability to work with others.
