Summary Statement:
The role of an Account Representative Manager is to manage a team of Account Chatters and make sure daily scheduled activities are being performed in a timely manner. The role conducts daily coaching sessions with Account Chatters, providing feedback, and helping them with strategies to drive performance and sales. The role requires great leadership skills, high attention to detail, and creativity. On top of that, the Account Representative Manager must be able to work with fellow Account Representative Managers, collaborating for growth not limited to their subordinates but the company as a whole.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Monitor Account Chatters' performance and provide coaching sessions to make sure the quality of service required is being met by the Chatters
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with other Managers
• Respond to team messages/escalations promptly.
• Ability to determine the coaching opportunities of team members and come up with strategies to overcome hurdles.

Requirements:
• Excellent conversational English (Written and Spoken).
• Ability to stay organized and provide value in their perspective
• Strong leadership skills
• Must have the initiative to help everyone and be creative in finding solutions
• Vigorous attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working in the Adult Entertainment industry.

Salary & Schedule
12-hour shifts are mandatory. 5 days a week (shifting schedule depending on company needs)

“Salary: $6/hour (performance will be reviewed for the first 3 months, potential increase depending on performance)
