Job Title: Account Chatter for Influencer Accounts.

Summary Statement:
The role of an account chatter is predominantly a backend role. An involved part will be required to maintain the account, including posting on the main feed and story with engaging captions, sending un-lockable content, and sending mass messages. An active role is also required in chatting with fans providing a one-on-one experience, up-selling content, and sending out pay-per-views. A key aspect of being an account chatter is creating a genuine relationship with customers while generating sales through monetization strategies. We are looking for passionate, highly motivated individuals who want to support the growth of influencers who want to provide genuine one-on-one experiences to customers while taking pride in their work.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Provide an exceptional experience to customers via live chat.
• Ability to work independently as well as alongside a team.
• Respond to messages promptly.
• Upsells to customers as necessary.
Requirements:
• Fluent in conversational English (Written and Spoken).
• Ability to stay organized and act with intent.
• Vigorous interpersonal skills.
• Vigorous attention to detail.
Salary & Schedule
You will be required to work 8 hours on Mondays and 12 hours on Tuesdays to Sundays. Two days off are given, and 12-hour shifts are mandatory. Our company operates in the EST time zone.
