Company Description:: Wilking Global Inc. started as a humble marketing company selling to market stalls and small grocery stores in 2009. Our beginning was challenging, trust was a scarce privilege, our prices were uncompetitive, and no one in the trade knew who Wilking Global was. However, these challenges did not stop us. Instead, they pushed us to strive even harder and be more persistent. Our only edge among the big distributors in the market was our commitment to deliver the next day after an order was booked. Our founder, Ronaldo V. Villamin, had to drive around all wet and dry public markets just to offer and deliver our products. On September 26, 2009, Typhoon Ondoy struck and much of Metro Manila was flooded. The death toll reached 700 and affected at least 1,000 families that had to be evacuated due to the flooding. Realizing the aftermath of this tragedy, we went back to the market to sell our products. Most groceries and market stalls had either sold out their products as a result of panic buying or had waterlogged products and merchandise. In spite of the tragedy, we saw a great opportunity. We came and supplied them and even negotiated to accept their returns of flood-damaged products. This built the trust that we needed to encourage them to buy from us. Then, piece by piece, deliveries turned to hundreds of cases then to thousands of cases.

Job Description

-Be knowledgeable about the product
-Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
-Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
-Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
-Answer questions about the products
-Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
-Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
-Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Qualifications:
-Undergraduate can apply
-1-2 years of sales experience is preferred but not required
-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
-Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Highly self-motivated
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Motorized with license
-Willing to be trained
