Duties and Responsibilities:

-Act as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the Business unit for all main office resellers’ campaign and program concerns.
-Responsible for the sales objectives in the assigned channel by forming and recruiting online resellers.
-Develop, manage and coordinates regularly with resellers by discussing projects, promotions, sales programs, new products, technical support requirements and other channel run rate concerns.
-Coordinates with stakeholders the concerns, requirements and updates of all resellers and develop viable resolutions including incentive or commission programs.
-Observes process timelines in meeting objectives, sales targets and resolving issues or concerns.
-Provides leads generation and appointment setting of activities thru online in order to recruit new resellers and or/replacements.
-Covers product training and presentation including project proposals and provides quotation of products and services, field works, project/account/channel partners management
-Identify and applies market research and data analysis to form sales strategies, initiatives and new business development.
-Submits data or weekly/monthly reports as deem necessary.
-Actively identifies gap and ensure to propose or implement changes and resolutions necessary to cover risks.
-Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation its affiliates and its subsidiaries

Job Qualifications:

-Graduate of BS/AB Marketing, Business Administration, Management or other technical and behavioral courses related.
-Minimum of 1-2 years as work experience or equivalent, preferably from FMCG or Retail industry.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Highly organized and meticulous attention to details.
-Commendable problem-solving skills and analytical.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Resilient and has an impressive work ethics and level of professionalism.
-Proficient in Microsoft programs-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
