Sales Development Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities to senior management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or any other related courses.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role, with a track record of success in driving business growth.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
