It became a corporation last year to be able to serve its growing number of clients more efficiently. At the beginning of 2014, we are still serving one old client to whom we made our first placement in July 2008 and got our first check. The number of our clients has increased substantially. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:

-Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
-Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
-Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and address any inquiries or objections.
-Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products or services.
-Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
-Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
-Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring timely response to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating smooth transactions.
-Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
-Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
