Job Description
Location: Taguig City
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients for design, development, and delivery phases.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop high-quality content outlines.
Design standards and templates for effective learning solutions.
Review training deliverables for quality adherence and identify project risks.
Coach instructional designers, providing clear feedback for skill development.
Identify opportunities for innovative learning strategies.
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in instructional design, content analysis, and industry trends.
Knowledge of design tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe.
Strong cross-cultural competence in a global problem-solving environment.
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with a solid business acumen.
Experience Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations.
Years of experience: 8+ in instructional design, learning delivery, and learning technology.
5+ years of expertise in executing successful corporate learning programs and managing large teams.
Experience leading agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment.
