Job Description

HR Employee Relations and Policies Specialist | Mandaluyong

Deliver all employee and labor relations related activities within a Market Unit. Serve as subject matter expert for Ethics, labor law, company policy/procedure knowledge to employees, managers and people representatives. Review and revise processes according to business needs and employment legislation.

- The role will be in charge of delivering transformational ER initiatives.

The resource will be mainly responsible on the following ER BAU and transformational initiatives:
a) Ethics Case Management
b) Proactive ER Workstream
c) Support Conduct Counts culture building;
d) Ethics Data and Analytics
e) EPIC Process improvements and efficiencies;

Must Have
- Labor Relations/Employee Relations - 5 years
- At least 2 years of ER experience in BPO industry and/or a company with a large population
- Case Management – 5 years (expose to the full cycle of case handling)
- At least a year Supervisory Experience
- At least a year experience in Project Management
- At least a year experience in data reporting and analytics
- Good/Excellent Communication and Business written skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Advanced knowledge in Excel (e.g. vlook up, pivoting, etc necessary excel skills needed for analysis) and PowerPoint

Internal Candidates:
- Candidates with background in ER and/or HRPA are preferred -open to other HR facet but with knowledge in handling cases
- Has at least 2 years experience in handling escalations to Company leadership and/or clients
