Job Description

Responsibilities:

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for technical and
engineering positions, including senior management roles, within both Industrial Manufacturing
Companies and Technology Companies. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will delineate
staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and devise effective recruitment strategies tailored to
each industry's nuances. This role entails the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening
to interviewing and negotiating offers. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating candidates not only for
technical proficiency but also for leadership qualities, especially when filling managerial positions.
Additionally, you will actively contribute to employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier
talent in both sectors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, specifically in hiring for technical and engineering
roles, as well as managerial positions, within both Industrial Manufacturing and Technology
sectors.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends, job market dynamics, and recruitment best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with hiring
managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with diverse sourcing strategies, including social media, professional networks, and
industry-specific job boards.
• Ability to assess candidates for both technical skills and leadership qualities.
• Proven experience in negotiating and closing offers.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Certifications in talent acquisition or human resources.
