Talent Aquisition

- 1+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role, preferably for high
growth international tech organizations
- Experience working across different time zones
- Hands-on experience on regional recruitment experience in countries like Australia and
New Zealand, experience recruiting applicants with ‘hot’ (tech) skills is a plus
- Ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers
- Developed knowledge of the variety of recruiting channels
- Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition across many role types including
commercial, corporate, and engineering
- Some exposure to Human Resources activities (such as contract creation, benefits
management, compensation benchmarking and payroll) is an advantage
- Experience in executing Employer Branding Initiatives would be a plus
- Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent.
- Great presentation, communication, active listening, and story-telling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
