QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and expertise in property management and maintenance is required.
Preferably with experience in using AppFolio.
With excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Preferably experience working with Padsplit properties.
Knowledge and background in Property Management is required for the role.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable computer, either desktop or laptop
Stable internet connection
Backup device and a backup internet service provider
Dedicated workspace
Headset and webcam
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Work from home
Full-time role
Schedule: TBD EST
Rate: $4/hour
