Job Description

Job Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably with a license.
2. With Professional License in driving
3. At least 3 years proven experience in facilities maintenance management.

Job Specification:
1. Managerial Experience in Building Maintenance and Construction (preferably in medium to large service organization) with unquestionable integrity
2. Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. With good interpersonal skills.
5. Computer literate

Job Description:

1. Ensures proper and cost-effective repair and maintenance of all company facilities including building spaces/structures, vehicle and rolling equipment other fixed assets except IT hardware and equipment
2. Ensures compliance to and manages all health, safety, and security requirements of the Company and all gov't regulatory bodies
3. Prepares and monitors the annual and monthly operating budget of the Administration Division
4. Participates in and manages major and minor building construction projects in coordination with project consultants
5. Manages and coordinates all facilities contractors including janitorial, security, communication, general, and engineering trade contractors.
6. Manages the assignment of all spaces including assignment of training/seminar rooms and relocation of staff or office areas; except assignment of meeting room areas

Work Set-up:
48 Hours/Week

Willing to work Onsite- Dayshift,

Onsite location: Kaingin Road, Multinational Drive, Parañaque City
