Job Description
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila
As a Change Management Consultant in our T&O practice, your responsibilities include:
Identifying stakeholders’ challenges and expectations
Defining Change Management strategies for business transformational programs
Utilizing social and digital technologies for effective communications
Assisting clients in developing change capability and agility
Conducting Change Management Impact Analysis and crafting treatment plans
Designing and implementing business processes
Supporting Change adoption activities, including baselining, measurement, digital training, communications, and Change network
Collaborating with HR Transformation for change strategies in HR Systems implementations (Oracle, Success Factors, Workday)
Contributing to practice-building efforts through recruiting, training, and community events
Your qualifications:
4 to 8 years of change management-related experience
Techno-functional expertise in successfully delivering Cloud Platforms/Systems implementations
Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies
Proficiency in interpreting data, working with analytic models, and utilizing advanced technologies and digital tools
Effective stakeholder management in a multi-cultural and global environment
Experience in Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations.
