Job Description
Location: Taguig City
Join us as a Change Management Analyst in our T&O practice, where you will:
Discover stakeholders’ challenges and expectations
Define Change Management strategies for business transformational programs
Utilize social and digital technologies for effective communication
Assist clients in developing change capability and agility
Conduct Change Management Impact Analysis and treatment plans
Design and implement business processes
Support Change adoption activities such as baselining, digital training, communications, and Change network
Collaborate with HR Transformation for system implementations (Oracle, Success Factors, Workday)
Contribute to practice-building efforts, including recruiting, training, and community events
Your qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of change management-related experience
- Techno-functional experience in Cloud Platforms/Systems implementation
- Ability to articulate business value and interpret data
- Proficiency in advanced technologies and digital tools
- Effective stakeholder management in a global environment
- Experience in Digital transformations, RPA implementations, Shared Service setups, and cloud-based implementations.
