Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations and Policies Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining employee relations programs and policies. They will also handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. The role involves proactively identifying and addressing workplace issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- At least 5 years Proven experience in employee relations and policy development
- At least 2 years of ER experience in the BPO industry and/or a company with a large population
- At least 5 year's experience in Case Management (exposure to the full cycle of case handling)
- At least a year of Supervisory Experience
- At least a year of experience in Project Management
- At least a year experience in data reporting and analytics
- Good/Excellent Communication and Business writing skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Advanced knowledge in Excel (e.g. vlook up, pivoting, etc necessary excel skills needed for analysis) and PowerPoint
