Marketing Assistant

Job Description
Assist the Marketing Manager in brand awareness and brand management, events management, trade exhibits, market research and distributor pulse survey, marketing collaterals.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide support to the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing strategy, events management, trade shows, and marketing collaterals
• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Work with the Marketing and Sales teams in brand awareness and brand management
• Organize and perform market research, analysis of survey questionnaires and other forms of feedback
• Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams in the organization and execution of sales rallies
• Coordinate with PSE Staff in the organization and management of trade shows
• Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
• Maintain marketing data base
• Organize and manage marketing collaterals
• Prepare and submit monthly report on marketing performance

Qualifications
• 4-year bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Understand basic business and marketing concepts
• Excellent time management skills
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
• Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
