Job Description
Direct interaction with sales coordinators or dealer's accounting personnel on problematic invoices
Coordination with clients in resolving receivable delinquencies such as unapplied receipts, underpaid invoices, chargebacks & offsetting
Assistance on the operations concerning the accuracy of receivables to be billed on every client
Ensure compliance of sales coordinators on the company's policies and procedures
