Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Creating a business plan that addresses income, expense, and sales controls in order to manage organizational sales.
• Reaching predetermined sales targets.
• Establishing personal sales goals with the sales group.
• Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
• Supervising the sales team's performance and operations.
• Coordinating lead generation efforts with marketing.
• The continuous education of your sales staff.
• Fostering the growth of your sales team by guidance, inspiration, and product knowledge training.
• Promoting the company and its offerings.
• Recognize our target market and how they interact with our offerings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to lead a sales team.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
