Job Description

CORPORATE SALES MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
• Deep understanding of corporate sales processes and strategies
• Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Monitoring sales target and report results to business unit heads.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
• Create quotes and proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisor in deal pursuits.
• Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
• In Charge in monitoring the performance and productivity of the team.
• Motivate and guide the sales team to enable them to improve on their sales performance, and to reach the set goals.
• Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of Account Receivable (AR) 60 days past due.
• Collaborate with other departments in improving the sales operations process.

SALARY RANGE:
• P30,000 - P35,000

WORK LOCATION:
• Cubao, QC (Monday to Friday, 1 day WFH)
