Job Description

Responsibilities:

Creating a business plan that addresses income, expense, and sales controls in order to manage organizational sales.
Reaching predetermined sales targets.
Establishing personal sales goals with the sales group.
Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
Supervising the sales team's performance and operations.
Coordinating lead generation efforts with marketing.
The continuous education of your sales staff.
Fostering the growth of your sales team by guidance, inspiration, and product knowledge training.
Promoting the company and its offerings.
Recognize our target market and how they interact with our offerings.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service. Ability to lead a sales team.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
