Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promoting and selling company health products, specifically medications, to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals within Ethical Operations such as hospitals, doctors' clinics, etc.
• Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to present and promote company medications.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of company medications, including their uses, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Establishing and nurturing strong business relationships with customers to facilitate repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
• Following up on leads generated by the company and effectively converting them into sales opportunities.
• Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of company medications.
• Conducting research on competitors' medications and their market performances to identify competitive strengths and weaknesses.
• Staying updated on new developments in the medical field and assessing their impact on the company's business strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrated experience as a Medical Representative or similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably within Ethical Operations such as hospitals, doctors' clinics, etc.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
