SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months to 1 year experience as Medical Representative, Professional Healthcare Representative or Senior Medical Representative in Pharmaceutical Industry is preferred, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to learn and present complex products.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Promote and sell medical devices, meet sales targets, provide product demonstrations, maintain client relationships.
- Working Conditions: Field position with travel to hospitals and clinics; must be able to travel and work flexible hours.
- Qualities and traits: strong interpersonal skills, driven, results-oriented, and resilient. Must be able to work independently.
