Area Retail Sales Coordinator

- Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
- Ensuring sales staff are following and complying with rules and regulations and policies of the company.
- Taking orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Monitoring and creating sales, inventory, bad orders report and the likes in a timely manner.

Requirement and Qualification:

- 1 or more years experience in sales.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literate
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
-The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
